Let no one make you believe that you are not okay, and that you need to have the sexiest shape, or the innocent and charming facial looks or the flawless skin in order to look nice and be accepted and appreciated by your peers, friends and admirers or even your spouse.

To tell the truth one of the major factor is the misconception that beauty is all about physical appearance, or shape or stature and wears. In case you do not know, there is much to what real beauty is and this is where many people missed it.

True beauty emanates (from the inside) and because most ladies do not know any better or simply refuse to know, they go on spending fortune just to appear beautiful. True beauty goes beyond the pancakes and eye shadows. It is a virtue that radiates from the inside.

Don’t try to be someone else.

Just be yourself, this does not mean that you cannot improve, or grow.

Yes, we can certainly learn from others. And imitate excellence, learn from others, and imitate excellent actions and attitudes of other people but living in someone else’s shadow is the worst diseases that can ever infect anyone.

In essence, what the old lady was saying was beyond the photogenic similes and cat-walks, is the need for character and this simply means that you must wear the smiles.

Always cheer yourself up and be happy, Smile! Be confident about yourself and love and appreciate yourself the way you are. Keep yourself neat, wash your shirt and spruce it up and don’t be bad and wicked to people. And who says you will not be pretty?

In fact, you would be surprised that all men will hold you in high esteem and love to be around you. I mean decent men who have something worthwhile to offer and not the chewing gum boys.
